Job Title: Senior Accounts
Role Overview:
The Senior Accounts & Compliance Executive will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency. The position is responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, and inventory control for both interstate and intrastate transactions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling responsibilities independently with strong analytical and execution skills.
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime, including accounting and inventory vouchers
Handle GST compliance for interstate and intrastate transactions, including return filing and reconciliation
Prepare and file statutory returns such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS
Manage and monitor large-scale inventory, including stock reconciliation
Generate and manage E-Way Bills and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities when required
Ensure timely closure of accounts and reporting as per company standards
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance reviews
6–8 years of relevant experience in accounts, compliance, and inventory management
Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime (Accounting & Inventory Modules)
In-depth knowledge of GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS
Proven experience in managing large inventories and E-Way Bill generation
Graduate in any discipline
Age: Below 50 years
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
Excellent analytical and comprehension skills to understand delegated responsibilities
Prior experience in the water pump or industrial fluid handling industry will be an added advantage
