Job Title: Senior Accountant/Finance Analyst/Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Professional Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate financial reporting to support business decisions which will give opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure all journal entries are posted correctly and supporting documentation is maintained.

Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements for GST/VAT.

• Assist with internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.

• Prepare management reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Process Improvement & Collaboration:

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes for greater efficiency.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate financial data flow.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, as and when required.

• Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Professional Qualification: CA Inter passed is a significant advantage.

• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory for reporting and communication.

• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

• Personal Attributes: High integrity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
