*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a background in CA firm to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and balance sheet finalization. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Accounting and Bookkeeping:*

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial statements.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.

2. *GST and TDS:*

- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including filing returns and payment of taxes.

- Maintain accurate records of GST and TDS transactions.

3. *Balance Sheet Finalization:*

- Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

4. *Tally and Accounting Software:*

- Manage and maintain Tally and other accounting software.

- Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial transactions.

5. *Day-to-Day Accounting:*

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

6. *Financial Analysis and Reporting:*

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

- Prepare financial reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

*Requirements:*

1. *CA Intermediate/Final* or equivalent qualification.

2. *Minimum 3-5 years of experience* in a CA firm or accounting role.

3. *In-depth knowledge* of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and balance sheet finalization.

4. *Proficiency in Tally* and other accounting software.

5. *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills*.

6. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*.
