Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to assist in day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support the finance team with basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

• Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger entries

• Prepare invoices and follow up on pending payments

• Maintain financial documents and ensure they are properly filed

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits

• Support the senior accountant or finance manager as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
