Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP/SAP or relevant software).
Prepare and post journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Assist in audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
Maintain records of employee reimbursements, advances, and payroll accounting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
