Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including daily journal entries and ledgers.

• Handle sales and purchase entries, invoicing, and vendor reconciliations.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with external auditors.

• Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely filing of all financial records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting (internship or full-time).

• Proficiency in Tally / Canva/ MS Excel.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
