We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Lead to manage end-to-end financial stewardship for a fast-growing education-focused non-profit working at scale across rural India. This is a senior finance leadership role working closely with the CEO and Board.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end finance management: accounting, budgeting, cash flow & MIS

✔ Multi-donor & multi-project financial reporting

✔ Statutory compliance (12AA, 80G, FCRA, CSR)

✔ Donor utilization reports, audits & financial due diligence

✔ Board & Audit Committee reporting

✔ Strengthen financial controls, systems & automation

✔ Lead and mentor finance & accounts team

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

🔹 CA / CA-Inter or MBA (Finance)

🔹 8–10 years of relevant experience

🔹 Strong exposure to NGO/CSR finance & donor audits

🔹 Hands-on experience with FCRA & statutory compliance

🔹 Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
