Department: Software Support / ERP Operations
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ERP Support Executive to provide functional and technical support to our ERP software users. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and MS Office, and the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate with both clients and the internal development team.
Handle day-to-day ERP user queries, issues, and requests.
Assist in ERP module setup, data entry, and report generation.
Analyze and prepare data reports using Advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the development team with proper documentation.
Prepare user manuals, training materials, and support documentation.
Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and updates in ticketing systems.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ERP usage guidance.
Communicate effectively with clients through email, chat, or phone.
ERP Software Knowledge: Familiar with modules such as Accounts, HR, Payroll, Inventory, Purchase, and Sales.
Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and Report Automation.
MS Office Suite: Word (Documentation), PowerPoint (Presentations), Outlook (Communication).
Basic SQL Knowledge: Ability to query data and verify backend records.
Troubleshooting: Capable of identifying, logging, and resolving user-level issues.
Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows and Remote Desktop environments.
