Job Title: Credit Life Officer (CLO)

Job Summary:

The Credit Life Officer (CLO) is responsible for driving business through partner bank/NBFC branches by sourcing credit life insurance policies. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with partner staff, ensuring business growth, and providing excellent customer service and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Credit Life Insurance products through partner branches.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner branch managers and staff.

• Identify potential customers from the partner’s loan portfolio (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, etc.).

• Ensure timely conversion of leads into policy issuance.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct product training and refresher sessions for partner employees.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Coordinate with operations and underwriting teams for smooth policy processing.

• Track and report business performance to senior management.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong sales and relationship management skills

• Good communication and presentation ability

• Knowledge of Credit Life / Bancassurance model preferred

• Basic understanding of financial and insurance products

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation / Post-Graduation (preferred in Finance, Business, or related field)

• 2–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / NBFC / Banking

• Experience in Credit Life business will be an added advantage
