Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Counter Executive to manage customer billing, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will handle invoices, payments, customer details, and coordinate with the sales & store team for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate bills, invoices, and receipts accurately.
• Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain daily transaction records.
• Enter customer details and product information in the billing software/system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for product details and final billing.
• Manage advance payment, security deposit, and refund entries.
• Maintain billing counter cleanliness and organization.
• Assist customers politely and answer basic billing-related queries.
• Prepare daily sales and billing reports.
• Ensure zero errors in cash handling and data entry.
