We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Counter Billing Executive to manage customer billing activities efficiently at our store. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle billing operations at the counter, including generating accurate invoices using POS or billing software, processing various payment methods (cash, card, UPI, etc.), and ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience for customers. The ideal candidate should have at least a 10+2 qualification, with prior experience in cashiering or billing roles being an added advantage. Familiarity with billing systems, basic computer skills, and a strong command of basic math are essential for this role. Good communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important.

In addition to handling daily billing and transactions, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, reconciling cash at the end of shifts, coordinating with the sales and inventory teams for product or price verification, and maintaining cleanliness at the billing counter. The role demands a customer-oriented attitude, trustworthiness, and a high level of attention to detail
