Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and ensure timely compliance with labour laws, including:
o Provident Fund (PF)
o Employee State Insurance (ESIC)
o Professional Tax (PT)
o Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF)
o Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
· Handle monthly statutory filings, challan generation, and assist in inspections or audits.
· Manage Shop and Establishment registrations and Contract Labour Licensing processes.
· Support payroll operations including attendance reconciliation, wage register preparation, and statutory deduction calculations.
· Operate PF and ESIC portals efficiently.
· Draft professional correspondence for clients and government departments.
