Job Summary:The Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers while maintaining good client relationships and ensuring timely follow-up. This role involves contacting customers via phone, email, or visits, updating payment records, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing or account issues.---Key Responsibilities:Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments via phone, email, or in person.Negotiate and collect payments while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.Track and monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and ensure timely collection.Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment status in the system.Coordinate with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies or disputes.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.Follow company policies and legal guidelines for collection processes.Meet or exceed collection targets and deadlines.Provide feedback to management about recurring payment issues or customer concerns.
