Job Title: Commercial (Billing) Executive

Location: 349, Business Point, Opposite Gundavli Metro station, Andheri East

Department: Finance / Accounts

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Head

Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial (Billing) Executive to support our finance team with invoicing, billing coordination, and record maintenance. Freshers with a basic understanding of accounting and strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuing client invoices as per approved details

• Verify billing information including rates, taxes, and supporting documents

• Coordinate with internal teams for billing inputs and clarifications

• Maintain billing trackers, records, and MIS reports

• Support month-end billing activities and reconciliations

• Handle basic client queries related to invoices under guidance

• Ensure timely and accurate bill submissions

Skills & Competencies

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Basic understanding of accounting and billing concepts

• Working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas)

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• Freshers are welcome; internship or project experience in accounts/billing is a plus
