Job Summary:

We are hiring a Billing Executive to handle billing, invoicing, and daily cash management for a premium clinic. The ideal candidate should be organized, accurate with numbers, and able to manage patient billing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient billing, invoicing, and receipt generation.

• Manage daily cash, card, and online payment reconciliations.

• Enter billing details accurately into the clinic’s software.

• Maintain billing records and ensure error-free documentation.

• Coordinate with front office, CRM, and doctors for treatment billing clarity.

• Explain charges and bills politely to patients when required.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient financial records.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience.

• Good knowledge of billing / accounting preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable using computer, billing software, and MS Office.

• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.

• Willing to relocate (if candidate is from outside Chennai).
