Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Manager & Export Executive to oversee and expand our international trade operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export documentation, logistics, international compliance, and customer relationship management. Experience in engineering exports will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export strategies to drive international sales and market expansion.

• Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, compliance, and logistics.

• Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.

• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export laws.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and global demand to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.

• Handle export incentives, duty drawbacks, and other government export schemes.

• Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade laws, and shipping procedures.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze international market trends and develop effective export strategies.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
