अकाउंट्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our fast-growing fintech team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced financial environment. You will support daily accounting activities, reconciliations, MIS updates, and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP or internal financial software.

• Record and reconcile receipts, payments, journal entries, and other transactions.

• Maintain accurate books, ledgers, and financial records.

2. Reconciliation Activities

• Perform bank reconciliation on a daily/weekly basis.

• Reconcile customer repayments, disbursements, payouts, and digital transactions (UPI, payment gateways, wallets).

• Identify mismatches and coordinate with operations/finance teams to resolve them.

3. Fintech/NBFC-Specific Activities

• Assist in reconciliation of loan disbursement and EMI collections.

• Support in NPA tracking, overdue bucket updates, and recovery status reporting.

• Handle vendor payments, incentive calculations, and branch accounting support.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily MIS reports and assist with monthly/quarterly financial statements.

• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

• Assist in GST input data collection and TDS workings.

5. Compliance & Coordination

• Support statutory filings (TDS, GST, PF/ESI payments if applicable).

• Work closely with auditors, banking partners, and internal departments.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com).

• 6 months–2 years of accounting experience (Fintech/NBFC experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, Accounting Principles, and GST/TDS basics.

• Ability to handle data in high-volume fintech operations.

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
