Accounts Executive / Finance Specialist

Role Overview

As an Accounts Executive, you will handle core financial and accounting operations to support smooth business functioning. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage books of accounts, billing, compliance, and reporting while ensuring financial discipline within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts using standard accounting systems/software (Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent)

Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation

Prepare GST filings, TDS calculations, professional tax compliance, and statutory reporting

Support budgeting, cash-flow planning, expense tracking, and MIS reporting

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors, CA firm, and financial institutions

Ensure compliance with government rules, financial regulations, and audit standards

Maintain organized documentation, ledgers, and financial records

Assist in salary processing, vendor payments, procurement costing, and financial planning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations

Hands-on experience with accounting software and GST/TDS compliance

Strong analytical, numerical accuracy, and documentation skills

Ability to work responsibly with confidential information and strict timelines

Familiarity with corporate finance, compliance, and reporting standards preferred.
