Responsibilities & Duties:

Principle responsibility of candidate for an Mid Level Accounts Executive. It includes the

following tasks:

 Look after the day to day accounting activities.

 Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts

payable/receivable.

 Perform reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts

 Ensure all entries are accurate, up-to-date, and error-free

 Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and

clarifications

 Support month-end and year-end closing activities

 Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely

 Assist in preparing and processing vendor invoices and payments

 Follow up with customers/vendors for payments and reconciliations

 Perform bank reconciliation statements on a regular basis

 Reconcile vendor statements

 Support senior accountants in statutory compliance activities (GST, TDS, or similar)

 Suggest improvements to accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline

 Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

 Minimum 3 years & above of experience in accounting

 Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams

 Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

 Proficient in using Tally Prime for accounting tasks

 Experience in GST entries, bank reconciliations
