Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and handle statutory compliances like TDS and GST. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and experience in using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records.

• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries in Tally.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial statements.

• Manage GST returns filing, TDS calculation, and compliance.

• Assist in preparing balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related queries.

• Support audits and maintain all supporting documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and Invoice Management.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in handling company accounts independently.

• Knowledge of payroll and basic financial analysis.
