Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Reconciliations
Perform Salary Reconciliation across all employee categories.
Conduct Bank Reconciliation for all bank accounts across entities.
Handle Intercompany Reconciliations for accurate financial consolidation.
Manage Vendor Ledger Reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Book and process all Purchase, Sales, Debit Notes (DN), and Credit Notes (CN) transactions.
Payments & Reimbursements
Prepare and post Debit Notes for reimbursements across entities.
Review Petty Cash vouchers and process cheque payments as required.
Coordinate Insurance working and payment across all entities.
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file TDS and TCS workings and returns for all entities.
Prepare data and ensure compliance for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
Support Income Tax compliance activities as per statutory requirements.
Reporting & Audits
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for cash flow analysis.
Assist in handling Internal and Statutory Audits, ensuring timely submission of required documents and implementation of recommendations.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Proficient in Tally, Excel, and GST/TDS compliance tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple entities and transactions.
Experience in audit handling and statutory compliances.
