The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system (Tally, SAP, etc.).

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and vendor reconciliations.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and fund positions.

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST and other statutory filings.

• Support in internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for invoice validation and payment follow-ups.

• Maintain and update fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

• Perform general ledger scrutiny and rectification of errors, if any.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher (MBA/CA Inter preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Salary: 4.25 LPA
