BNC has been mandated to recruit an Accountant with strong exposure to Zoho and compliance knowledge for a Tech Startup Company based in Gurugram South Delhi location.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Use Zoho Books extensively for accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Handle GST filings, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance matters.
Work closely with internal departments to track expenses and budgets.
Support the preparation of financial audits and coordinate with auditors.
Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Assist in implementing internal financial controls and improving accounting processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.
Proficient in Zoho Books (Zoho Inventory/Zoho Payroll is a plus).
Strong understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.).
Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram or South Delhi.
