अकाउंट्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at manufacturing industry. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, verify expenses, prepare payment runs, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.

  Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send customer invoices, follow up on payments (SOA), and apply receipts to open invoices.

  Cash & Bank Management: Handle daily cash flow, prepare bank reconciliation statements, and resolve discrepancies.

  Transaction Processing: Accurately record all financial transactions, including journal entries, debit/credit notes.

  Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing basic financial statements, ledger scrutiny, and management reports.

  Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and ledgers.

  Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding payment issues or billing queries.

  Month/Year-End: Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and audit assistance. 

    

Job Requirements:

Education

 1          Bachelor's degree in B. Com / M. Com / MBA. 

 Job experience

 1.            5 years plus of Relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

2.            Good knowledge of language English and Hindi.

3.         Good Communication skills.
