Job Summary:

Our clients who are into supply of corporate giftings and event management which is looking looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage and maintain all client-related financial records, oversee cash inflow and outflow, and ensure timely and accurate tax filing Record. The ideal candidate should have accounting knowledge, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently,

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update client records, including personal, transactional, and engagement details.

• Record and monitor all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Manage daily cash inflow and outflow, reconciling balances regularly.

• Prepare, maintain, and update tax filing records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with clients for payment updates, pending invoices, and required documentation.

• Ensure data confidentiality and integrity across all records and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in account management, bookkeeping, or financial record-keeping.

• Required MS Excel or other accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Good coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Prior experience in a accounts department.
