We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Paradise Stile Studio in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.
Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Handle sales and purchase entries in Tally and Tally Prime.
Process payments and receipts accurately and promptly.
Perform bank reconciliation to ensure records match.
Ensure balance sheet matching and resolve discrepancies.
