Job Summary:
Ecoil is looking for experienced and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Accounts Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filing of GST returns.

• Managing branch accounting activities.

• Making online payments and transfers.

• Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements.

• Recording invoices in Tally or other financial software.

• Maintaining bookkeeping records with proper journal entries.

• Making TDS payments through the Income Tax portal.

• Managing cash and petty cash expenses in Tally.

• Handling the practical aspects of accountancy, including:

  • Sales Tax, Income Tax, Customs, Excise.

  • Ledger preparation, Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet.

  • TCS, TDS, and MIS report generation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an Accountant.

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.

• Good organizational and communication skills.
