We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Quotation Department. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial documentation for client quotations, performing cost analysis, and collaborating with the sales and procurement teams to ensure profitable pricing. This role requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of pricing and cost structures.
Review and verify client quotations for accuracy.
Perform cost analysis and ensure quotes are financially viable.
Prepare financial reports related to quotations and pricing.
Track invoices and payments based on approved quotations.
Collaborate with sales and procurement to ensure accurate pricing.
Maintain compliance with company pricing policies and financial standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1 to 2 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in quotations or pricing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software .
