Maintain and update daily accounting records (sales, purchase, receipts, and payments).
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts on a regular basis.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments for billing, approvals, and expense reimbursements.
Maintain Petty Cash and ensure timely settlements.
Support in audits (internal/external) by providing necessary documentation.
Prepare MIS reports and assist management with financial analysis.
