Position: Process Associate – R2R GL (US Accounting Experience / International Process Experience)

Skills: R2R GL, Accounting, Good in communication.

Shifts: 24X7 Shifts / (Remote Opportunity - 1 Week WFH• in Every 3 Months - )

Job Location: Bangalore or Remote (But candidate should be ready to relocate to Bangalore in case of any performance issues), should be ready to come to office when ever (Remote Opportunity - 1 Week WFH• in Every 3 Months - )

Experience: 3+ Years to 6 Years (Minimum hands on with US Process & R2R –GL Accounting for Corporate - )

Job Description

·            Completion of month-end close activities, including but not limited to journal entries, accruals, and accounting for payroll.

·            Reconciles complex bank statements and records related entries

·            Prepares and maintains balance sheet reconciliations supporting schedules

·            Assists in the preparation of periodic, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·            Research and respond to questions from Operations Managers.

·            Participates in external audits as necessary by preparing required schedules and supplemental information and responding to inquiries from external auditors.

Requirements:

·            Technically very strong in accounting.

·            Must have retail industry experience

·            Prior SAP Knowledge is must.

·            Prepares income and balance sheet statements, and various other accounting statements and financial reports.

·            Analyses complex financial reports and records, making recommendations and proposing journal entries.

·            Prepare and review the accuracy of journal entries and accounting records.

·            Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and proposes adjusting entries as necessary.
