We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start a career in accounting with hands-on exposure to financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform daily accounting tasks including journal entries and ledger posting.

· Assist in preparation and maintenance of financial records.

· Support the accounts payable and receivable processes.

· Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

· Help in preparing and analyzing financial reports.

· Maintain organized records for audit and compliance.

· Work with accounting software like Tally/ERP for data entry and transaction tracking.

· Utilize MS Office, especially MS Excel, for maintaining spreadsheets, preparing reports, and performing basic data analysis.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related discipline.

· Basic understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and ledger posting.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel (functions, formulas, basic pivot tables).

· Familiarity with accounting tools like Tally or QuickBooks is a plus.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.
