Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sat off)
Working Hour: 9am - 5:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Excel, strong mental maths, and hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial entries.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/Excel (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Journals).
• Prepare, update, and reconcile books of accounts.
• Manage vendor payments, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, outstanding reports, and cash flow summaries.
• Assist in GST, TDS calculations, returns documentation, and coordination with CA.
• Maintain petty cash records, expense tracking & bank reconciliation.
• Support in internal audit, documentation, and compliance-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial tasks.

Skills & Requirements

• Mandatory: Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas).
• Mandatory: Strong mental maths and numerical accuracy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Account Executive / Account Assistant / Junior Accountant.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or any accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / Finance-related degree preferred.
