We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in accounting and should be well-versed in billing, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, and general bookkeeping. The role requires a good understanding of financial statements including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices and ensure timely billing.

• Handle credit notes and debit notes as per company policies.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage GST returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure up-to-date records.

• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
