Required Education : B.Com with min 1 to 2 Years Experience as Junior Account Profile.

Job Description :

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP)

• Record property-related transactions such as sales, purchases, advances, and rentals

• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Assist in processing vendor bills, contractor invoices, and payments

• Track customer payments, booking amounts, EMIs, and outstanding dues

• Prepare aging reports for receivables and payables

Bank & Cash Management

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Maintain cash book and petty cash records

• Assist in cheque preparation and online banking transactions

Statutory & Compliance Support

• Assist in GST accounting, returns, and reconciliations

• Support TDS calculations and filings

• Maintain records for audits and statutory compliance

Project Accounting (Real Estate Specific)

• Track project-wise expenses and budgets

• Maintain records for land costs, construction costs, and overhead allocations

• Assist in cost tracking and variance analysis

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare basic MIS reports for management

• Support monthly and year-end closing activities

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, and consultants
