Key Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting Operations
Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP).
Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
Invoice & Billing Management
Prepare and issue customer invoices.
Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely processing.
Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
GST & Tax Compliance Support
Assist in preparing monthly GST reports.
Help with TDS entries, filings, and supporting documentation.
Payroll Assistance
Support in preparing salary statements.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records when required.
Financial Reporting
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Provide transaction summaries and account statements to management.
Vendor & Customer Coordination
Respond to vendor and customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
Maintain updated records of vendor/customer accounts.
Audit Support
Provide necessary documents to internal/external auditors.
Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit compliance.
Administrative & Documentation Tasks
Maintain organized filing systems for financial records.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.
Bank & Cash Handling
Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Monitor daily cash flow and maintain petty cash records.
Purchase & Sales Entries
Record purchase bills, sales bills, debit/credit notes, and expense entries.
Verify supporting documents before posting.
