About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, ITR, and company compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

§  GST Management

§  Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

§  Reconciliation of GST input/output and handling GST queries/notices

§  Maintain accurate GST records and documentation

§  TDS & ITR Handling

§  Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns on time

§  Generate TDS certificates and maintain records

§  Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR)

§  Handle tax-related queries and coordinate with CA when required

§  Company Compliance

§  Maintain accounting records as per statutory requirements

§  Ensure timely compliance with ROC, PF/ESI (if applicable), and other regulations

§  Assist in audits, documentation, and compliance reporting

§  General Accounting

§  Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, vouchers, and ledger entries

§  Handle vendor reconciliation, payment follow-ups & documentation

§  Coordinate with internal departments for invoice & payment processing

Required Skills & Qualifications

§  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or similar)

§  1–2 years of experience in accounting & compliance roles

§  Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and company compliance

§  Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred)

§  Good understanding of MS Excel

§  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

§  Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
