The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations. This role demands a high level of integrity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team and as an individual too.

Responsibilities:

o Build & maintain client purchase orders and corresponding sales invoices.

o Track and record metrics throughout the accounts process.

o Set the budget and maintain expenses. o GST Filling.

o Document financial transactions by entering accounts processes.

o Recommend financial options by analyzing accounting options.

o Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

o Verify, allocate, post & reconcile transactions.

o Produce error free accounting reports and present their results.

o Direct Internal and External audits to ensure compliance.

o Manage staff Expenses.

o Communicate effectively and confidently with clients.

o Payment follow-ups with clients and on time payment with vendors.
