Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeping Specialist to join our growing team in a night shift role. If you are passionate about numbers, organized, and tech-savvy with accounting software, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure timely data entry.

• Maintain and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Perform monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding financial matters.

Requirements

• Comfortable working night shifts.

• Not currently enrolled in any academic program.

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, and preferably SmartBooks.

• Solid understanding of AR/AP processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
