Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head/Director
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in routine operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP / accounting software.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor statements regularly.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
• Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related queries.
• Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
