अकाउंट्स एंड फाइनेंस एग्जीक्यूटिव

The Accounts and Finance-Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, preparing reports, and supporting audits. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.

• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments on time.

• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.

• Assist in finalization of accounts and support internal/external audits.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, or Finance.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.

• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
