Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP system.
Maintain ledgers, journals, and all accounting records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Banking & Payments:
Prepare cheques, online payments, and bank reconciliations.
GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance:
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation standards.
Reconciliation & Reporting:
Perform monthly bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Assist in preparing Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
Audit Support:
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Maintain supporting documents and schedules for audit purposes.
