Key Skills (Technical & Non-Technical)

• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Understanding of taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance

• Analytical thinking & problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication & organizational skills

• Ability to manage deadlines & multitask effectively

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (CA Inter preferred)

• 2–6 years of experience in finance and accounting

• Strong understanding of accounting standards and statutory requirements

• Good analytical and reporting skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Operations:

• Manage daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, and general ledger entries

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management

• Support budgeting, cost control, and expense management

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors

Compliance & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate books as per accounting standards

• Assist in financial planning, MIS reporting, and forecasting

• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations & company policies

• Liaise with banks, auditors, and statutory authorities

Financial Analysis & Support:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Prepare detailed reports to support management decision-making

• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
