Maintain daily accounting entries including purchase, sales, expense, and journal vouchers.
Prepare GST reports, file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and reconcile GSTR-2A/2B.
Prepare and maintain TDS sheets, deduct TDS as per applicable sections, file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) and generate Form 16/16A.
Handle vendor payments, tax invoices, and reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable.
Maintain petty cash accounts and site-wise expense records.
Support in preparing project-wise cost sheets and budgets.
Bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash flow on a regular basis.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Maintain proper documentation for tax filings, bills, vouchers, and agreements.
Good knowledge of GST and TDS provisions.
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and construction project accounting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a construction or infrastructure company.
