We are looking for an Accounts And Finance Executive to join our team at Kiran Enterprises. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹45000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.

• Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.

• Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.

• Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and manage petty cash.

• Process payroll including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI).

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Support management in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial decision-making.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.

• Stay updated with accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.

• Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or other accounting software.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation system.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
