Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should be a Semi-Qualified CA or B.Com graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in auditing and taxation. The role requires hands-on experience in preparing financial statements, filing statutory returns, and ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct internal and external audits

-Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, and other financial statements

-File TDS, GST, and Income Tax Returns (ITRs) accurately and within deadlines

-Assist in tax planning, tax audits, and statutory compliance

-Maintain accurate financial and tax records

-Prepare supporting documentation for audits and assessments

-Coordinate with clients and internal teams for data collection and clarification

-Support in drafting responses to tax notices and regulatory communications

Skills:

-Strong working knowledge of Indian tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS)

-Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

-Good communication and organizational abilities
