Key Responsibilities:

• Tendering & Estimation:
  Prepare and evaluate project tenders, cost estimations, rate analysis, and pre-bid documentation.

• Procurement & Vendor Management:
  Source materials and manage vendor negotiations, rate finalizations, comparative analysis, and purchase order generation.

• Cost Management & Budgeting:
  Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and ensure adherence to financial plans and timelines.

• Purchase & Billing Documentation:
  Handle purchase requisitions, material inward documentation, vendor invoices, and ensure timely billing and payment cycles.

• Site Coordination & Execution Support:
  Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and site staff to ensure timely procurement, cost-effective sourcing, and adherence to drawings and specifications.

• MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis:
  Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cost sheets, variance analysis, and maintain updated financial dashboards for internal and client use.

• Team Management:
  Lead a small finance and procurement team, ensuring efficiency, clarity in communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
