Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Ajmeri Gate, Central Delhi
Organization: Chatterjee & Associates
Experience Required: 3–5 Years (CA Firm background preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
Work Mode: On-site | 6 days a week

Role Overview

We are hiring an Accounts & Finance Executive with prior experience in a CA firm and solid practical exposure to accounting, GST, TDS, and audit work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, understands compliance deeply, and can independently handle client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and assist in finalization of accounts

• Handle GST compliances including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and GST audits

• Manage TDS compliances including TDS calculation, returns, challans, and Form 16/16A

• Assist in tax audits and statutory audits, including preparation of audit schedules

• Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, expense reports, and supporting documents

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable and perform regular bank reconciliations

• Draft and maintain documentation for statutory filings and client records

• Coordinate with CA firms, auditors, tax consultants, and clients for compliance requirements

• Support internal compliance, MIS reports, and data management

• Assist in basic client communication and follow-ups where required

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

• 3–5 years of experience in a CA firm (mandatory)

• Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting fundamentals

• Practical understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, audits, and returns

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

• Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable in a 6-day on-site setup

• Candidates residing near Central Delhi will be preferred

• Male candidates only, as per current team requirements
