We are looking for an Accounts Admin to join our team Tech Rudraum Private Limited.

Designation : Admin & Account executive

Work Mode : Work from Office Only

Location : Indore (Madhya Pradesh)

Time : 10 am to 7 pm

Salary :8000 to 18000

(No Bar for right candidates)

• General Administrative Tasks: Handling general office duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence. 

• Vendor and Client Communication: Interacting with vendors and clients regarding payment-related matters. 

• Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy. 

• Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits. 

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 

• Accounting Knowledge: A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. 

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Managing the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts for both incoming and outgoing transactions. 

• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. 

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts. 

• Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks. 

• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and issues related to financial records. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
