Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer or internal account information in systems (CRM, ERP, or accounting platforms).
Process invoices, payments, and account adjustments accurately and on time.
Assist with onboarding of new clients/accounts, including documentation, account setup, and compliance checks.
Serve as a point of contact for account-related queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Monitor account activity and usage to ensure compliance with company policies or client contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Support) to ensure smooth account operations.
Prepare and distribute reports on account status, outstanding balances, or usage metrics.
Assist in auditing accounts for accuracy and completeness.
Support account managers or department heads with administrative and operational tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive accounts and customer information.
