Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin to handle day-to-day financial transactions and office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting practices along with administrative capabilities to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger.
· Handle accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.
· Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and statements.
· Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
· Maintain accurate accounting records, files, and documentation.
· Assist with audits, taxation, and compliance requirements.
· Oversee office administration, vendor management, and procurement.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative functions.
Skills Required:
· Proficiency in Tally (ERP/accounting software).
· Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
· Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
